SHIPPING & RETURNS
At SONOMA COUNTY STYLE our shipping costs to you are ONLY A DOLLAR, we refer to this as "One Buck Truck" You pay one dollar per item to ship....THATS IT!.
As you may not know our products are unique and you wont find them anywhere else. Which means our products are created on demand. When you order an item, its created usually within 2 days but can take a many as 7 days depending on the ordered item. The item is then shipped out to most locations within the US in 3-4 days.
There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences.
These products are: mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, stickers, jewelry, bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats.
COVID 19 UPDATES
As of April 15, 2020, our products have been delayed with manufacturing and shipping due to this world -wide virus pandemic. Most orders are experiencing between13-15 business day delays. Please be patient with your orders and we will try and update you on their status along the way either by email or our Facebook page. If you haven't already, please like our Facebook page to keep yourself updated on any news and our latest arrivals. Again, Thank You for your understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
All product returns are handled via our manufacturer and shipping center. Our return address:11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273 and is marked on all sent products for your convenience. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, we won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Contact your carrier for more information
